For those just meeting me, I am a classically trained chef who took her passion for the beauty of food and an eye for design and started one of THE FIRST charcuterie businesses in Southern California in 2013. I used to rock it alone, but with growth came the addition of my amazing husband to the company. Chances are good that you will see us both at a grazing table event! Not only is Allen also a chef, he is the ultimate support and has found his own sense of passion and pride for this business that we proudly share.

SO….when both not in the kitchen, you can find us cuddled up with our dogs, Netflix and chillin’ OR off traveling somewhere, following our stomachs and looking for more inspiration in food and in the world around us.
